Terms and conditions:

• Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your LoungeKey Pass. Once issued, the LoungeKey Pass cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Vouchers valid for 12 months from date of issue and must be redeemed before the stated expiry.

Redeem via Desktop:

1. Log in to your Lifestyle account.
2. Hover over Member Benefits, then hover again over My Benefits.
3. Click Select Your Benefit.
4. Choose your benefit for the year from the Selection Benefit dropdown.
5. Select the calendar year.
6. Accept the terms and conditions.
7. Click Submit.

Redeem via Lifestyle Mobile app:

1. Log in to the Lifestyle app.
2. Tap My Benefits under the hamburger menu (Ξ) at the top left corner.
3. Tap Selection Benefit.
4. Choose your desired benefit from the Benefit dropdown.
5. Select the year from the dropdown.
6. Accept the terms and conditions.
7. Tap Continue.
